HOW TO ADD HYPERLINK IN HTML PAGE? 

 What is Hyperlink ?

HTML links are hyperlink. Hyperlink allow you to link one page to another page or resource link to specific parts of the document or make app available at a web address. One can add easily the hyperlinks in html page. You can create a hyperlink for the external website.

Types of hyperlinks:

• Text Hyperlink -uses a word or phrase to take reader to another page.
• Image Hyperlink- uses an image to take reader to another page of file or documents.
• Bookmark Hyperlink-uses an image or text to take reader to another page
• Email Hyperlink- allow reader to send an email message to the displayed email address.

To make a Hyperlink in  HTML page, use the<a> and</a>   these are used to define the links.

1.<a>   - indicates the starting of the hyperlinks.

2.</a>  - indicates where it ends.

The most important attribution of the <a>  element is the href  attribute , which indicate the destination. The link text is the part that will be visible to the reader. If  the reader click on the link , it will take to the specified URL address.

For Text

Add the URL for the link in the <a href=" url address"> text </a >

eg <a href="https://kavyassite.blogspot.com/"> go to this website</a>

For Image 

eg <a href ="default.asp">

For an Email address
