 You Tube thumbnail is the first look for the video. You Tube Thumbnail is the first thing viewer will see before deciding whether they will click on your video or scroll down to see the other videos.

• Sign in to  You Tube Studio
• On the left side of the page you can see the option Content under dashboard
• Select the videos by clicking on its title.
• Under description  there is a option called Thumbnail.
• Choose the file for the Thumbnail and click the save button

After adding you can see the thumbnail for your videos. Whenever you want you can change the thumbnail.
